There a few more Formatting options to simply and streamline your work
In addition to the Text, Bullet, and Number buttons, there are 11 more formatting buttons in the Text/Table Formatting group
They break out into two groups of six
One group is about Styles
The other group is about Tables and table rows
The Styles buttons do these things for you
Click the AAx to Clear the Formatting of selected text
Click the clipboard to Paste Special - which strips out source formatting as you paste in copied content
Click the paint brush to insert a single empty underscored line
Click the omega symbol to insert a text entry field to hold a Correct Answer
Click the AA to open Word’s Styles pane
Click the AA+ to apply a custom style you have added to your Collection’s Style Guide
Remember that you can hover your cursor over any button on the LGPro ribbon to see a screen tip telling you what the button does
The Tables buttons do these things for you
Click Table to insert preformatted multi-column tables in between Content Blocks, including:
Nested Tables
Numbered Content Blocks
Click the thin S with two circles to flow the table and allow a Content block to flow from one page to the next
Click the table with two arrows to merge or split cells two & three in a Content Block
Click the table with the red X to insert a delete a table row/Content Block
