Module 2: Slides
A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
Column 1 always contains:
the Slide number AND
the LeaderGuide Pro PPT Slide icon - OR
Or, a thumbnail of the imported slide image if you choose to place your slides in Column 1
Do NOT manually change:
the slide number
or the icon
or the imported slide image
Column 1 width is never:
more than 1.2 inches, or
less than 0.5 inches
Do NOT manually adjust column width
The ONLY way to adjust the Column width is by using the LeaderGuide Pro Lesson Block Formatting customizing tool.
To update slide numbering:
Click Update All Fields in the Controls group on the LGPro ribbon
To change the slide icon:
Attach a different Collection
To update the imported slide image:
Use the Replace function
Click Special in the Controls group on the LeaderGuide Pro ribbon
Click Replace in the drop down menu & follow the prompts
Use this process no matter which column the images are in
Column 2 and Column 3 widths:
Can be adjusted by using the LeaderGuide Pro Lesson Block Formatting customizing tool.
Column 2 can be set to anywhere from 1.0” to 5.6”
Column 3 can be set to anywhere from 1.0” to 5.7”
Reducing the width of Column 1 results in an increase in Column 2.
An increase in Column 3, reduces the width of Column 2.
Do NOT manually pull or push the columns to adjust their width.
