Reminder

LeaderGuide Pro will import:

  • an image of each slide you choose to include

  • and the notes associated with each slide, if you choose to include the notes

  • or just the slide notes, if you choose that Option

Assigning slides to Lessons is a two-step process

Step1. Specify where to place the slides and notes on your Lesson pages.

  • Slides will be added into a PPT Slide Content Block, like this one.

  • Slide images can be placed in:

  • Column 1

  • Column 2

  • Column 3

Step 2. Specify which slides to add into which Lessons

After you specify where to place your slides on your lesson pages, you will see the Assign Slides to Lessons dialog box, showing you:

  • The Modules and Lessons in your guidebook

    • The Lessons are indented under the Modules

  • The slides in your PowerPoint file, in numerical order

Slides can only be added to Lessons. To assign slides to lessons:

  • Select a Lesson

  • Select the slide or slides to add

  • Click Assign

  • When all of the slides you want to import are assigned, click Done

  • Take your hand off your mouse and watch LeaderGuide Pro bring in your slides

  • When the import is complete you will see a message indicating success - simply click OK and your new Facilitator Guide will be on your screen, ready for you to start working in.

  • Depending on where you place your slides, your notes can be added to:

    • Column 2

    • Column 3

    • Or Beneath the Slide block, in column 2 of a PPT Notes Content Block

  • You can also choose:

    • NOT to import slide notes

    • Or, to ONLY import the Notes and not the slide images

    • And, there is an Option to import the text that is on the slides.
