Rich builds all of the software offered by Great Circle Learning. He is also an instructional designer, with a degree in adult education and subject matter expertise in applying critical thinking to address business challenges.
Microsoft has awarded Rich MVP status for Microsoft Office each year since 2013 and including 2021-2022.
This award is in recognition of Rich’s exceptional leadership and outstanding contributions in the Office Apps & Services technical communities. The MVP award is issued yearly, based on contributions during the past year.

A self-described grinder, Pat realized that hard work leads to success at a young age, fully aware that success or failure is often determined in the trenches. Among his many successes, Pat has crafted a career in talent development and management. Pat holds a degree in secondary education from Clemson University and has learned from experience that executing the details is essential. Prior to joining Great Circle Learning, Pat successfully developed, implemented, and evaluated training and management programs in the hospitality and financial sectors.
Realizing the importance of high-level, big picture ideas and concepts, Pat also understands that the “grinders” are essential to complete the work needed to achieve such goals. As his colleagues, family and friends will attest, there is no one more capable and reliable than Pat when it comes to training, managing, and coaching those who need to get a job done.

Nancy is an expert in supporting instructional designers, course writers and subject matter experts who are serious about designing and developing instructor-led training programs for adults in all types of organizations.
