Text Table Group on LeaderGuide Pro Ribbon

The buttons in the top row of the left half of this group include:

  • LGP Title Applies a bold font for headline text in the LGPro Content Blocks

  • LGP Text Applies regular font for LGPro Content Blocks

  • LGP Bullet Applies bullets to LGP Text

  • Promote Moves font type up

  • Demote Moves font type down

Text-Table Formatting group-Left half

The buttons in the middle row of the left half of this group include:

  • Number 1 Applies numbers to LGP text

  • Demote Numbered List Moves selected numbered text right one tab level and changes the list level

  • Promote Numbered List Moves selected numbered text left one tab level and changes the list level

  • Restart Numbering Restarts numbered lists at “1”

The bottom row of the left half of this group includes:

  • A Style window Shows you what style your cursor is sitting in and includes a drop down menu of document styles

The buttons in the top row of the right half of this group include:

  • Clear Format Removes the formatting of selected text and applies LGP Text style

  • Paste Special Stripes copied content of it’s source formatting and applies the LGP format style assigned to the paragraph mark where the content is being pasted ins content in A regular font for regular text for the LGPro Content Blocks

  • Table Reveals a drop down menu and allows you to insert formatted tables in between Content Blocks

Text-Table Formatting group-Right half

The buttons in the second row of the right half of this group include:

  • Single Line Inserts a single underscored line

  • Correct Answer Inserts a text entry field for correct which can then be hidden when extracted from a Facilitator Guide to a Participant Guide

  • Break Table Separates Content Blocks so that text or images can be added a a regular paragraph mark outside of the Lesson Content Block table format

  • Flow Table Allows text in a Content Block to flow across pages. Otherwise, if there is more text added to a Content Block than there is room for on the page, the Content Block will automatically move to the top of the next page.

The buttons in the bottom row of the right half of this group include:

  • Styles Opens Word’s Styles pane

  • Apply User Style Displays a drop down menu of custom user styles that can be applied to selected text from the menu

  • Merge or Split Merges or splits cells 2 & 3 of selected Content Blocks

  • Delete Table Row Removes selected Content Blocks
