Numbered groups on LeaderGuide Pro ribbon

The LeaderGuide Pro ribbon is organized into 9 groups of buttons, by functionality.

The ribbon groups, from left to right:

  1. Start

  2. Module/Lesson Control

  3. Text/Table Formatting

  4. Controls

  5. Content Blocks

  6. Insert

  7. Customize

  8. Product

  9. Help

Hover your cursor over any button to see a screen tip telling you what the button does for you.

If you do not see the screen tips

  • In Word, click File > Options

  • In Word Options: ScreenTip style, select the option to Show feature descriptions in ScreenTips

Good to Know

Pay attention to where your cursor is BEFORE clicking these buttons

  • The action you request will take place where your cursor is sitting

Allow time for the action you request to be completed

  • With LeaderGuide Pro you will do with one click what would otherwise require you to complete a series of manual actions

  • Clicking a button kicks off a series of actions that run quickly in the background - but you need to let the process complete

  • LeaderGuide Pro automates the building of your documents to save you time and ensure consistency
