How this tool helps you
You can reliably work with all of the images in a document at once to:
Adjust the size of pictures; embedded or linked
Work with inline pictures and pictures with wrapping text.
Add or remove borders and captions from pictures
Why not just push and pull my pictures to resize them?
Pushing and pulling does not take into account the image’s aspect ratio, which is the proportional relationship between the image’s height and width.
Thus, in Word, pushing and pulling distorts your images. You might not see the distortion on your screen, but it will be become painfully evident when you print your document.
Okay, well why not just copy and paste?
While you can copy and paste from one document to another, you will lose the ability to have precise control over the object’s size, and you risk degrading the print quality of the copied object. Thus, saving objects as .png files is more reliable. Plus, you can then rename and save the .pngs to make it easier to find and reuse the objects again in the future.
Luckily, AuthorTec Save As Pictures and Resize Images helps you with these functions
