We test like crazy before we release new software

All of the Great Circle Learning software products are add-ins to Microsoft Office. They install and run in compliance with standard Microsoft protocols.

Thus, you could experience difficulty running a Great Circle Learning software product if your company has customized:

  • how Office is installed and runs, and/or
  • how your drives are mapped, and/or
  • how you interface as a user in your environment.

Technical issues

You have a technical issue if your IT staff requires our intervention to help diagnose problems and provide technical guidance related to:

  • Installing the software
  • Activation and Deactivation
  • Product functionality technical errors

How we help

You will receive email-based problem resolution support services during our normal business hours, which are:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST

If we determine that a web meeting is required we may also request that you pay a service fee, which you can do with a credit card in our store. Hopefully you will never have to do this.
