Our Refund Policy

All sales are final. As with most software, the GCL software products are sold "as is". This is necessary given the sensitive nature of software and the ease with which it may be copied and used.

To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage you to thoroughly check out our software before buying it. You can download our software for free and run it in free trial Demo mode. And, you are welcome to communicate with us about your needs so that we can help you make choices that are right for you.

Permission to Order

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to place orders on this web site.

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy

Software license keys and install setup files are delivered via electronic file download. Delivery is immediate upon successful submission of your order. There is no shipping fee associated with electronic file download.

If you order a CD with the Install Software it will be shipped in accordance with the policies of our e-commerce provider, Digital River, whose terms are available to you as you make your purchase. There are no shipping fees.
